What should I prepare for our first conversation?
A floor plan, reference images, your main priorities, budget expectations and intended timing are helpful. You can also begin with a short description of your space.
How are the scope, fees and timeline agreed?
These depend on the space and the work involved. We discuss your brief before agreeing the project scope, deliverables, fees and next steps. Share your intended timing so it can form part of the conversation.
Can I speak to you about a commercial project?
Yes. Share the premises, your business activities, how customers and staff use the space and any intended opening or renovation timing.
Can I buy furniture without a renovation project?
You can explore the furniture collection independently. It is mainly curated for residential spaces. Ask AND ART to confirm specifications, availability and delivery arrangements before a real purchase.
Are styled colour previews available to buy?
Previews labelled “Confirm with AND ART” are styling concepts. They remain enquiry-only until the colour or finish is confirmed against a real supplier option.
Does the website currently take real payments?
Checkout is currently a test simulator. It does not charge you or book a delivery. Contact AND ART for any real furniture purchase.
